Delicious food and fantastic service. Great pizza, Ceasar salad and the cannoli's. Plenty of parking. There are plenty of seats. I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat.

Came here with a friend because they have been curious about the type of pizza they make. It was the first time for both of us. The food itself was good, but we weren't happy with how Grimaldi's charges and likewise didn't explain prior to ordering. Our server brought up that they're able to do a half and half pizza so we could try 2 different pizzas. So we went with an 18" that was a little over $30 and chose both pizza types that are similar price. We figured that despite getting 2 different types of pizza we'd be paying for 1 pizza. Instead we were charged for each additional ingredient (varying prices). We got 1 desert and split that. We each paid over $30, so doing half and half nearly doubled the bill. We might as well have just got 2 separate pizzas. The server should've been more up front with how that process would work prior to taking our order. The other practice that we weren't a fan of was that while paying, the waitress stayed close and as we were chosing tip on the digital device she commented to confirm we were choosing an amount that she approved of. Even though the food was good, the experience doesnt make us want to come back.

We were in the Fort Worth area for a teacher conference and stayed at the Texican Court in Irving. One of the great things about that location is how many restaurants are within easy walking distance, and for our first lunch we decided to try Grimaldi’s Pizzeria. I’m glad we did. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and the pizza experience is a little unique in the best way. There are plenty of options to customize your pizza, which made it easy for everyone in our group to build something they were excited about. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the customer service. One member of our group ordered a pizza that came out a little more well-done than expected. Instead of just bringing it to the table and hoping for the best, our waitress actually brought it out first to show him and asked if he’d prefer that they remake it. We decided to have it remade, and the second one came out perfect. That’s the kind of thoughtful service that goes above and beyond and really leaves a positive impression. And a quick word of warning about the hot honey—definitely order it because it’s fantastic, but don’t make the mistake of dipping your fork in it and tasting it strai

4.5 stars. Good food and service. 🍕🍕 Came here with some colleagues for lunch, and we got two pizzas. I forgot what exactly they got, but I got the Margherita. It came out hot and fresh, and it wasn't too greasy! I usually like my basil in whole leaves (which I did see in other reviewers' photos), but mine came cut into much smaller pieces, which made for drier and less flavorful basil. Other than that, my colleagues and I enjoyed our meal. The service from Morgan was prompt and friendly.

The pizza is so good and the lunch special is perfect for a week day quick lunch. ~$10 for a coke, slice, and a salad is perfect when you need to get back to the office. They def need more staff during the lunch rush but other than that - for sure go here for a serious NY slice!
